Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, company (if given), inquiry type, and message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical and usage data through analytics — such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, and general location — using cookies and similar technologies. We also use a product-analytics tool that captures anonymized session activity (such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) to understand how the Site is used; it masks text you enter into forms by default.

We use information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve the Site, understand how it is used, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand Site usage. These tools set cookies and collect usage data as described above; Microsoft Clarity also captures anonymized session replays and heatmaps. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Site and respond to you:

Analytics (Google and Microsoft), email delivery (Twilio SendGrid), form-submission storage (Supabase), and website hosting (Vercel). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and manage the relationship, and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information (see below).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of analytics as described above. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
